Unfortunately this hotel is located in an area of Tivat homes characterized by abuse and without urban planning The staff were very friendly and always available but the place is really bad and the sea is dirty! The beach does not exist

Staff ok but bad location !

The staff and location were very good. The hotel was modern and it was right on the beach front which is always a plus. The difficultly was actually finding the hotel in the first place and the credit card machine not working but it was all resolved.

Very attentive and service oriented staff, good access to beach with sun beds and parasolls. The size of the room, as well as the design, was good,

Difficult to find the hotel and the parking lot from the main road. Bath room small.

Very nice and helpfull staff, young and gentle, good english speaking. Good food in the restaurant, very clean room with new and complete furniture, good wireless internet in room, very clean and well prepared bathroom, nice balcony, parking place is OK. Hotel is close to the main alley along the shore of the bay (lungomare = obala), close to the new and impressive marina and to many other terraces, little shops, ice-cream, pizza and others points of interests.

The beach is very close, but very narrow and water is not so very clean in that area.

The room was nice decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very small and not very clean. The breakfast was very very bad. The hotel has 3 stars but actually I think it should have 2 stars.

Near the beach with fast access to kotor old town and the main roads and airport. Friendly personnel.

It is very dificult to find the hotel if you are coming by car, very small signs on the road easy to miss and you have to drive through an unpaved road that you have to find at the entrance to a restaurant. Only the recepcionist and the night watchman talked english. Ants on the room.

The best combination of nature, excellent accommodation (brand-new hotel has European style and level), proximity to attractions (disco, beach bars and restaurants), and the friendliness of Montenegro. Place is quiet, not crowded. The private beach equipped with sun loungers, beach service, not many people. Local people visit the restaurant in hotel (experienced travelers know that this is a sign of quality for the restaurant). Yachts of PortoMotnenegro gives you feel of luxury.

The hotel is in a great loction,the staff is friendly and did everything possible to make our stay comfortble, i recomand this hotel!

We did reserve 6 rooms for one night(6 07) but we arrived in 07.07 at 9am;our rooms were not ready but we were charged for that night despite the fact that we stayed 2 more days.

- To small parking - poor english most of staff - lack of lift - not so good breakfast ( coffee was terrible !!!) - noise of aircondition and not nice window view on first floor - not so nice beach - room was cleaning very careless

Clean and very comfortable in a convenient location.

Staff were very friendly and acccommodating. Food was good and cooked fresh. Location was very good as it was near Porto Montengro and the airport.

Not really about the hotel but more about the taxi from the airport. The hotel is not too far from the airport but the taxi driver charged 20 euros. There have been cases where they have charged 50 euros. If you use a red taxi the cost is around 5 to 10 euros so it is worth asking the cost before you get in!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food good. And location of hotel was perfect if one likes to be close to the waterfront, and walk to town.
